What to Expect When You Reach Out

When you contact me, I typically respond within one business day. We'll start with a brief conversation to discuss what brings you in and whether my approach feels like a good fit. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation before scheduling your first appointment.

Sessions are available via telehealth across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, or in person at my Setauket, NY office. I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. Evening and weekend appointments may be available depending on scheduling.
